Ordered online and got 2 completely different drinks? waste of time and money
Rude and complaining about the orders before closing. Gave a not very well made latte. It was a dissatisfactory experience
Most of the workers seem nice, however there are a few that are rude to customers. For example, this morning I placed a walk-in... order and was waiting for about 10 min before I went up to the counter to ask if there was something wrong with my order (it'shappened before where they've had to refund me and didn't tell me about it until I asked) and as soon as I asked the guy makingthe food gave me the rest of my order and said "you should've waited" which doesn't make sense because I was already waiting andmultiple people came in after me and left before me and I was also not argumentative in any way. Also, their screen showingwhich orders are ready must be time-based because it's never right about whether my order is ready or not. Just based on today's experience. I order my coffee the same way every time but today it was completely different. I told staff... regarding the issue but they were not supportive. First time coming here. I used the app and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and it was ready by the time I... got there (I got there ~8 minutes after I placed my order). Here they toasted the croissant, which I appreciate. Some otherlocations don't do this and it makes the sandwich feel soggy. Overall, the service is good and the inside is clean. Read more
Great location! Wish it were something other than Dunkin Donuts. I did buy a donut and chatted with the friendly staff; the fact... that they dropped the word 'donuts' from their name should have been a warning to me. Still, I hope this store does well; thiscorner could really use a boost. PS, the storefront could use some more street appeal; so easy to walk right by the place. Read more
