I had the calamari as an appetizer and tuna as an entree. The chocolate expresso martini was the perfect dessert. What a... decadent experience. The bartenders were the best hosts. Read more

Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere. I sat at the bar for a bite to eat and a drink. The filet Mignon sliders w truffle fries... were bomb. Kevin the bartender was pleasant and professional. Will definitely go there again. Read more

Steakhouse that serves creative appetizers but falls short of steak quality. Took a visit on New Year’s eve on a last minute... reservation. We were courteously guided to an isolated dining space and were greeted by a server who kept our table entertainedthroughout the night. Despite being a steakhouse, the oysters were ironically one of the best I’ve tried in Boston. The Dutchoysters were huge and its meaty texture was truly mesmerizing. The French onion soup which came right after, was also deliciousand heartwarming. For the regular appetizers, we got the shrimp tempura and the foie gras, and the combination of foie gras, berries and nuts was a unique experience. The sweetness of the berries wasn’t exactly harmonious with the greasiness from thefoie gras, but it still managed to provide a refreshing start to the meal. Buttery shrimp meat wrapped around a perfectly crispybatter, the shrimp tempura was also a nice surprise and a smooth transition to the steak. The steak finale was unfortunately themost underwhelming dish of our meal. The quality of the steak was good, but their execution was far below my expectations. Mybone-in ribeye was slightly burnt on the surface which unfortunately added a bitterness that ruined the overall flavor. Thesteak was still cooked medium rare, but the burnt bits hugely decreased my appetite for it. What initially seemed like aflawless steakhouse dinner turned into a somewhat disappointing meal, but the appetizers were still good enough to make thevisit worth it. Read more

Food was decent but nothing exceptional and service was mostly absent. Cocktails (New Fashioned and Mosquito) were too sweet... and generic. NY Strip ordered medium rare came medium well. Dining companions filet mignons were at accurate temperature. They seemed short-staffed - dinner served without knives, no refilling of water, waiter mostly not present at all. Read more

The ambiance was beautiful and the lights automatically dim at 7PM sharp. Our waitress Molly, knew the menu and was able to help... us to decide what we wanted. The brussel sprouts were a miss and the peaches & cream special dessert could have been better. The biscuit should have been split in half and warmed, placed at the bottom and top. The fresh peaches were a great touch vscanned. The world famous carrot cake is actually very good, just too rich for me. Overall.... I would return. FYI the lavenderlemonade is delightful Read more
