Fire+Ice is a pretty cool concept, definitely somewhere I'd love to share with family and friends for special occasions. Per... person dinner is more than affordable but they definitely make up for that with how expensive their drinks are! We had a ton offun trying out different dishes and watching the cooks fry them up. It takes some serious skill to decipher between cookingtimes for all those different ingredients, wow! This would definitely be a 5 star experience but there were a couple thingsthat took away from the wow factor for us. I'm not going to blast them for it though, we really appreciate all the work thatgoes into something so unique! Read more

As the only legit Mongolian grill restaurant in the city, Fire + Ice is a great option for a causal night out with friends and... family. I recently took a visit for dinner with my friends, and the overall dining experience was such a blast. Unlike othertypical all you can eat restaurants, the quality of the ingredients here was great, and I was especially impressed with theirseafood section that offered a good variety including mussels, giant shrimps, salmon, clams, and calamari. We also enjoyedwatching our food being prepared on the giant grill, and it took less than 10 minutes to get everything served. Since therestaurant is huge, it was often difficult to find our server, but she made sure that we got everything in time. The onlydownside was the high noise level, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a romantic dinner. Read more

Favorite all you can eat buffet ever. So unique and fun! Fill your bowl with raw food and they cook it on the grill in front of... you. Everything is super fresh and delicious! Never had a bad meal. I went for my birthday so I had a free meal! $23.99 istotally worth a unlimited dinner. So many options. Would go up 20 times if my stomach was big enough! ???? The only thing I cancomplain about was my drink. I ordered a margarita. The strawberry basil margarita. Unfortunately it tasted more like a mojito &the strawberry chunks kept getting stuck in my straw. Will be back every chance I get! Read more

First time. Good vibes. Great food was a little busy. The dinning experience is different but a great one. First drink was... alcoholic with no alcohol but told server and the second one made up for the first so thanks to our server. Read more

Fun place. A ton of different options. Spicy sauces are genuinely hot. Gets a little chaotic at the grill when it gets busy. I... would like to go again and check out the bar next time! Read more

** Beware of the rude staff ** We were a group of 9 confirmed for a reservation at 08:30 PM on Dec 2, 2021. Our server NEVER... did give us a heads-up that they "close" the grill at 09:00 PM. We only started our first round when we saw them packing thefood and closing. Never did our server come to us, asking if everything was OK before they closed. In fact, when I went toconfirm whether we'll be able to get another round of food, I remember the manager (Robert) and a staff member saying, "We closeat 9. Have a good night!" "HAVE A GOOD NIGHT"? Is that what you, as a manager/staff, say to your customers who are still halfway through their dinner (let alone their pending billing process) ? I admit the food was amazing and stocked nicely, however,Robert the manager absolutely lost us as future customers by his substandard etiquette of wrapping up our dinner in a matter ofminutes. On top of all this, he just offered a discount of a price of 2 diners and 1 drink out of 9 diners and 3 drinks. Ithink the manager came up with a nominal discount as a decoy to get us wrapped up quick in spite of a half-filled tummy. Guys,I'd recommend this place with 100% caution on the staff (including the manager) and staying alert about your meal cooking time(since no one else is going to remind you). Read more

Have visited multiple times for dinner, enjoy the food variety and cooking style. Walking around Boston and kids chose to stop... in for a late lunch. In at 2:15p finished around 3:10p, brunch menu and price on a Saturday end at 3:00p and were charged dinnerprices. Not a big deal because it was fixed but would not recommend coming in at the change in menus since certain items werenot refilled and avoid the price confusion. Will come back for dinner. Read more

it's on the second floor and this restaurant runs with "all-u-can-eat" and other special menus. You can eat whatever combination... at least you put everything in a bowl I highly recommend to eat chicken with fried rice and lots of vegetable. For sauce,Teriyaki. Lots of other ingredients, sauces and things even for vegetarians are prepared. (This was great) But it costs time towait until your food is ready. Therefore put as many as you can in your bowl every single time. ???? Read more
