SO GOOD!!! I saw this place on Instagram so my husband and I went for our anniversary. The inside is small but cozy and has a... really cool vibe. It has a high ceiling above the bar with a big chandelier and a warm rustic feel throughout. They have verylimited seating, I think they said 10 tables inside and a few outside tables with heat lamps. We had a few of their specialtydrinks and they were delicious! The menu had plenty to choose from but without being overwhelming. We had the cornbread (yum!!),Popcorn chicken (good chicken but didn't love the honey mustard sauce), fried pickles (very salty but good), and pulled pork Macand cheese (delicious). The snacks/appetizers are great, the entrees are alright. Cocktails are great. It’s a little loud for Sunday dinner and a the... a/c wasn’t very strong so it was hot. It seems like it could be a good cozy bar scene. I got the pimento grilled cheesewhich was a glob of pimento cheese. I really like pimento cheese, but this was a ton. Perfect atmosphere, love the intimacy hunters gives off down to the private bathroom. The food is above perfection, wings served... crispy, the cheddar biscuits savory and sweet, but a must have; anything chicken with the Nashville seasoning. The seasoning hasthe perfect amount of spice where you can’t stop eating it. It goes down great with ant specialty made drink. Read more
Food was delicious!! I forgot to take a picture of the drinks but I had a strawberry lemonade and my sister had a strawberry... alcohol one that she said was amazing. Will definitely go again to try the Mac n cheese with brisket. Came here on a Saturday around 2 pm, and of course the place is packed. Was told there was a two hour wait for a seat... Then,... before you could say anything, the hostess looks over her shoulder and spots three seats at the bar, Fantastic!! My friends andI enjoyed the place very much. It is LOUD here, just like we like it, don't come in at such a busy time if you can't yell yourconversation :) Service at the bar was Excellent! The food was good, we enjoyed ribs, brisket and nashville hot chickensandwiches, all on point. My favorite of the day? The corn bread, it was melt in my mouth. To get it out of the way the experience here was awesome. Forgot what is was called but we got a chicken platter which seemed... like a Sunday special. It was way more food than I thought we’d get (which I’m not complaining about). The chicken had goodflavor and wasn’t dry, not the best I’ve had but definitely not the worst, I enjoyed it all the way through. The sides werereally good. The collard greens were fantastic with a hint of spiciness that complimented it really well. The only thing Ididn’t love although it tasted good was the cornbread. For me, it was a little underdone but I think that’s how they makethem there because I asked to return it and although the new one was more cooked it was still a softer texture cornbread thanI’m used to. The atmosphere is nice, welcoming and entertaining. Our waitress was awesome and really nice and accommodating. Read more
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but this restaurant has improved! It is definitely a younger crowd. I went here for... the first time with my friend and we had such a great time! I believe our waitress was Alessandra and she was so sweet and theservice was perfect! My friend and I each had two drinks and we shared four appetizers which we enjoyed very much! It alsosmelled great in there because of the Christmas theme. Very cozy, I loved it there! Read more
Read a bunch of the reviews, and I have to agree with the noise level in the restaurant is tough to have a conversation over... dinner. They may have been a bit short staffed in the kitchen as our simple meals took almost 25 mins to prepare and serve. Onthe positive side, the food was delicious. We have the corn and crab chowder and it was quite tasty. We also had thejambalaya and the 1/2 fried chicken dinner....both of those portions were huge! The jambalaya came with rice and was more thanjust a single meal. The fried chicken dinner came with awesomely creamy mashed potatoes, collared greens and corn bread. Together, this could've easily served 2 of us. Nice fund. Will recommend to others that wants something different than Italianor seafood! Enjoy! Read more
