Absolutely horrible treatment from the staff. Got my ice cream at this location around 9:30pm on a Saturday. Went to use the... restroom. The guy cleaning the restroom said, ?it?s closed? and to go somewhere else. I asked to please let me use it since it?san emergency. He then proceeded to say that it?s ?out of order?, which was clearly not true. When I pleaded with him again, heproceeded to tell me, ?leave the store right now. You are being aggressive.? Then he walked over the cashier and told her to?call the police?!!! What??!! I am being threatened with the police because I wanted to use the restroom? Outrageous,humiliating, demeaning and completely unacceptable treatment of a human being, never mind a customer. I asked the cashier tospeak with the manager, she told me that this guy was the manager, which did not seem plausible. A manager would not close therestroom an hour and a half before the store closes and wouldn?t call the police on a customer who needs to use the restroom!What kind of manager does that?? We waited a bit while the they both pretended to call the police, but had to run to find a bushto fulfill the most basic need I was denied because this guy didn?t want to clean the bathroom again. What a nightmare. I was afrequent customer in many different locations, I ordered birthday cake for my daughter from locations in Davis and Legacy place,and I?ve always had a great experience. JP Licks is convenient and cute, but I always leave vaguely disappointed. My most recent visit, there was trash on the counters... and floor, they were out of many menu items with no sign, and employees seemed to go between handing cash and scooping ice creamwithout gloves or washing their hands. You can't blame the kids working the place, but have to assume higher management isfalling down on staffing, training, or other resources for them. All in all, premium prices for 31 Flavors quality. Visited yesterday which was a Saturday afternoon and it is supposed to be a high traffic time unfortunately only one lovely... efficient lady was working behind the counter , taking the order, then ringing it up then going back for the next , line gotlong so the poor lady didn?t have anyone to help. I had a hard yogurt that is a cookie and cream it was super tasty and I addedpeanut butter cups because why not ! We sat down inside , it was a good visit , just plan the shifts of the worker so they won?tbe overworked. She was amazing though ! Read more
