The entire place is very cool from the flavors to the atmosphere. Generally a good location near stores and salons plus hotels... nearby. Cute cow in the front which I?m sure kids and their families absolutely love. Even the ceiling lights are matched to thevibe! Staff was very helpful and patient with us ordering for the family. Little disappointed that they were not as attentive inmaking sure we got what we asked for. Root beer float looked amazing! However, we got the seasonal unicorn flavor and it reallywasn?t that special - didn?t even put it in a cone like we asked. Nonetheless, glad we stopped in. Read more
Always a good spot to grab dessert, however the customer service is sad. The employees that work there look miserable and they... don?t seem to form a good method to attend to customers when they get busy. Visiting Boston and saw this shop. Tried the ice cream here and immediately wanted to tell the world. Hands down some of the... best ice cream I've ever had.
