Poor concept & even worse execution. When ordering I explicitly tell the cashier no mayo. The counter is made so I cannot watch... the bafoons make the sandwich. Of course, they put mayo and the second sandwich is made incorrectly as well. I despise JimmyJohn's trash food and if there was any other fast food within a 15 minute walk, this experience would have never occurred.Thanks Jimmy John's for proving why I never choose to eat here. I live beside this ?establishment?. It?s a glorified bike storage locker. I?ve never seen any restaurant happily store 5-8... bikes all the time in their dining area. Even when closed, walk by, you?ll see 5 bikes lined along the tables!!? It?s gross. Whoever manages this place has no idea what they?re doing. Read more
Fast service, good staff, food a rip-off.
Quite simple sandwiches but not less tasty and quick service (< 5 min). Big John's on the picture.

First time at a Jimmy John's. Ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian. They were out of peppers, but I was okay with that. ... Average sandwich at a slightly higher than average price. Late afternoon on a Monday, business was pretty empty. Bread wasokay - not great. I was expecting a better sandwich for $10. Comparable to a Subway or Togo's. No interest in returning tothis location. Might try a different one to see how it stacks up, but would likely choose some other sandwich alternative ifavailable. It just wasn't "good". Read more
Placed an order at 12:51. Got a confirmation through the app and email. Supposed to be delivered at 1:30. At 2:30, has still... heard nothing, and app showed only that the order was accepted. Tried to call multiple times to cancel order, as i had to beback at my conference before 2:45. They did not answer the phone on eight attempts. No voicemail, just ringing, or an immediatedisconnect. Got a notice at 2:50 that my order was out for delivery. They will be waiting for a LONG time, as I?m not at myhotel any more and they won?t answer their phone to know that. Read more
Overpriced food, terrible employees who refuse to even cut a pickle & put it on the sandwich when asked. Also lie about not... accepting cash randomly?! Are you in town for a convention or work near by? Go down the street to AKs or over to Cafe on D byDeli of Course. They are both better & more reasonably priced than this LAST RESORT of a food place.
