You know when it?s the holidays and you?re about half a pumpkin pie, 2 lbs of turkey, and god knows how many other rich foods... deep.. and you realize you just need some whole foods and greens? That?s where I was at when we were looking for dinner theother night. Life Alive has a really cool vibe, with a very yummy menu. The portions were much bigger than expected, and theflavors were so on point. It was the exact heavy dose of vegetables that I was so desperately craving. I also got a butternutsquash latte that was so divine on a chilly night. I will make this a regular place to eat. Read more

A Libertarian?s paradise. Creative, healthy, delicious food and thoughtful yet tasteful interior design. Reasonable pricing... comparing to other similar food-serving coffeehouses. A few bonus points showing their dedication to quality: + IntelligentsiaCoffee + Unsweetened premium matcha + Freshly-pressed ginger/turmeric shots A perfect weekend reading/studying/hanging cafe forall age. I?ll keep coming back to exhaust their menu. Read more

I have worked here for about 3 years on and off and I have loved every day I worked here. I cherish all the workers and all the... guests. I really love the atmosphere in this location. The atmosphere is mostly the reason I come back all the time. Soeccentric and diverse of a space. The guest service has always been above average too. Thank you so much for making my workexperience enjoyable and fulfilling to me. Read more

I love the buddha bowl and the sauces they have available on the counter. The vibe is friendly and in great accesible location... to many parts of BU campus. I also like their green goddess bowl. Update: I am changing my review from a 5 star to a 3 starbecause of two back to back failed experience here. Once I had a Buddha bowl which smelled like hand sanitizer. I also sawanother lady throw away her bowl same visit and I was like what?s wrong with people throwing away their food until my own foodarrived and I realize oh yeah there?s literally hand sanitizer mixed with everything specially with pomegranate that I added asspecial request. On the second visit, I asked for iced coffee since Starbucks was closed and I was unwell to walk till Cafe Neroand I decided to get a coffee from this place before going to my physical therapy appointment. Basically I paid $6.5 for acoffee which was so bad that I throw it away after a few sips. What?s more, they don?t have any sort of bakery or pastry whilethey offer coffee which is rather bizarre. Specially that they have breakfast menu. Adding some pastry/bakeries would improvetheir quality or I would say removing the coffee altogether from their menu. Read more

Honestly so pleasantly surprised! The space is huge with plenty of seating, outlets, wifi, and really excellent decor. I got a... breakfast bowl, which I thought was very reasonable given the price, size, and freshness of the food. I bet it gets crowded herebut I would definitely come here again during the quieter morning hours. Read more
