Prompt, attentive service. Delicious food. We sat outside, and the setup was lovely. Highly recommend.

We had a light lunch here! It was delicious. The cauliflower was great, make sure to mix it with the aoli on the bottom of the... bowl, clam chowder (more soupy then cream, but very flavorful with clams, potato, and bacon), Island creek oysters (always thebest), and Bluefish Dip (amazing, hands down a must have) Read more

Lovely place! Went on a whim on a Friday and booked that afternoon - it was full when we got there and we had to wait a little... but the staff was lovely, and the food was all excellent, especially the fresh oysters. Read more

Maybe the best oysters in Boston are served by an amazing staff in this quaint brownstone on Newbury. The menu is short and... sweet and everything we ordered was excellent. The wine list is also short and sweet but the selection is good. Read more

We were able to be seated for lunch right away. The oysters were good and very fresh tasting. The fish sandwich had thick,... tasteless, breading and so I pulled most of that off. The actual piece of fish was flaky and tasty. The clam flatbread was good. The big drawback, and my reason for the 3 stars, was the waiting for food time and the waiting for the check. I think it wasbecause the servers do everything as needed, so there wasn't a designated server per table. Tip is included with the bill, againprobably because no designated servers. It is frustrating when tables come behind you, eat, pay, leave, and you can watch itall. Was happy to finally be able to pay and leave to enjoy open Newbury street. Read more

Had a lovely time at this cozy and stylish spot on Newbury St. Stopped in for snacks and bevvies and was pleased to find... vegetarian offerings. Though French food and I don't usually get along due to muted flavors in my opinion, I would come back totry other items as the two dishes I had weren't too memorable. Chocolate dessert was melt in your mouth tho. Great wineselection and the staff were super pleasant. Read more

Grand tour is absolutely delicious! Truly remarkable spot in Boston and great for brunch. Came here with a friend and we went... all out and getting many things on the menu. Personal favorite is the caviar omelette, Also the mushrooms are delicious! triedthe lamb and the duck too. I wish the duck was a little bit crispier and seared but otherwise it was good. Lamb was alsoprepared well. Across the board however, seem like all the dishes needed a little bit more salt barring the caviar omelette. It’s a simple fix, I’d recommend getting salt at your table as you will need it. Food - 16/20 (Great tier) Atmosphere -6/10 (good. Boutique style, but feels cramped) Service - 8/10. Friendly and attentive staff Overall - 30/40 - excellent score, must try Read more

Had a wonderful time here. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and even the owner was walking around helping people choose... wines (and even cleaning up!). The wine he helped us choose (cab franc) was absolutely incredible and paired well with our meal. The bavette steak was cooked perfectly (recommend med rare). The duck was delicately prepared with full flavor and not dry atall. Small but cozy venue, recommend making reservations. We had to wait a little for our table, but were greeted with freewine while we waited, and we never felt rushed once we were seated. Look forward to coming back! Read more
