This is my 1st time trying this restaurant, & it was great from the beginning. I ordered the crispy oyster appetizer & the... shrimp teriyaki with fried rice. Here’s the overview: The oyster appetizer- 8 oysters - good count No dipping sauce -unfortunate Nice crunch - not too heavily fried but also not soggy. I’d say “just right”. 9/10 The shrimp teriyaki: 17shrimp - perfectly cooked & fresh tasting Teriyaki sauce is great, not overwhelming or too corn syrup thick. Decent food with adequate portions. Wish they would include stir fried vegetables as a side with their entrees rather than cold,... spicy salads. That said, the eel and salmon teriyaki were flavorful, and their fried rice and noodles were also pretty good.Scallion pancakes had a nice texture to it, but they served it with duck sauce instead of soy sauce. Delicious teryaki dishes freshly made with vegetable fried rice and yummy salad. We tried the chicken and shrimps and I asked... for it to be cooked well done and extra spicy. The spring roll stuffing was little and with no flavor. The restaurant is smalland clean and the staff was friendly. Read more
