Yeah I went to this McDonald's cuz I was really hungry and I got two hamburgers however this is a corner mall and they have... sections of food courts so it's different selections of food I don't like my burgers plus it was really small but there are someother restaurants inside of this business! I bought a Big Mac burger in the afternoon,with cash ,I only realize that my change was short 3hours later.I went back to the... Mac Donald?s at longwood village explaining the matter and the tellers were rude and appeared busy to listen to my issue .Ireally think that customers who have complaints should be treated with the same respect and urgency of those buyingfood,considering that my issue arose because of the restaurant?s mistake .I am not stupid and I was badly treated , the shortchange is a very nominal amount ,but it is all about principle and customer care .I shall be escalating the issue further withthe appropriate forum that is not too ?busy? Hope the manager reads this but doubt it very much.. Got an order to bring to patient in near by hospital. Receipts shows the... right food I ordered. Person did not bother to put correct items in bag. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers (no condiments)plain. Shejust threw 2 regular cheeseburgers with all the fixings in the bag. Person in hospital couldn't eat it. Ordered single quarterpounder no onions.. Double quarter pounder with onions put in bag.(someone else's sandwich? Or one no one wanted. ) All the foodwas cold greasy and felt like it was sitting for a long time.. Quarter pounders are suppose to be made fresh. This one the rollwas all broke up and greasy disgusting taste. Filet of fish also came with problem. Order came to quick to prepare burgers asordered .. again she just threw what ever food was prepared already in the bag instead of waiting for correct order. 80%of thefood ended up in trash. I felt bad for the patient in hospital. She has been in for a week and will be in for another week, dueto a set back in her cancer treatment. She had not eaten in quite a few days and only wanted something from McDonald's. Theonly thing edible was the milk shake.. sandwiches and fries were horrific (really shocked). This McDonald's sucks. The don'tcare about their customers. I have been coming to this area for medical reasons for over 10 years. The Longwood food court wasnever this bad. Especially McDonald's. All the restaurants here have been turning out low quality food and poor customerservice. Longwood needs some better places for quick food . Also with the food ,fries and other things, the order was over$30.00 and she wanted to charge extra .10 for shopping bag. Refused and she said okay. Read more
I went there for a coffee and was halfway done drinking it until i realized there was a big fly in it! That got me really upset!
Trash place doesn't have soft drinks for 3 weeks.
