PSA: definitely try voltesso espresso, and hazelino muffin coffee pods This is a place with great and relaxing vibe and they... have a great variety of coffees. Not only you can buy coffees for your nespresso machine but also they have a coffee shop whereyou can literally buy a coffee to go. The staffs are very polite, helpful, and friendly. I met with manager, who was a veryelegant, nice, and approachable lady. I asked her if she suggests the new version of a coffee that released. She told me shesuggests it but she also told me that I can try it. So basically she made the coffee using Nespresso Vertuo Plus Delux machinefor me and my friend. I am glad she did so since I realized the coffee was a bit too strong for my normal taste. I was alsoshocked to see they had Colombia flavor which constantly has been out of stock online which was in my machine sampler box. Ibought two Colombia and one Costa Rica box (my most favorite). She told me they also have deals if I buy 8 box. Anyhow, what Iliked is that you actually get interaction with the manager, she really cares about customers? satisfactions, and helps themthoroughly to make a choice. She also linked my purchase to my nespresso account which I really appreciated. I definitelysuggest trying a cup there if you are planning a break coffee flavor. Will visit again ???? Please note that this is a reviewfor the Nespresso Boutique inside the Prudential Center. I hope they stay in business given all the difficulties that covid hascaused shops. Worst experience! The guy recommended only the most expensive sleeves and was keeping telling me how moldy and dirty my coffee... machine would be for 10 min to sell a cleaning kit. Read more
