Fast service, friendly staff. Consistently good fried chicken, as expected from the best fast-food fried chicken chain around!

Delicious and fresh chicken! Be advised that this Popeyes is located in the food court of the Northeastern University Curry... Student Center, which is cool because there is plenty of seating, during the fall and spring semester of the university?s year, there are definitely hours where the line is very long, getting your food can take 10+ minutes, from my experience, usuallystarting 11:45am-1:15pm is the first rush hour to order, and then again at about 5pm. You can expect crispy and crunchy withevery bite guaranteed! The chicken is usually cooked well. If you order a sandwich, it may have already been prepared beforehandand sitting in the warming light rack, still warm when you eat it. They only put two pickles which is a bummer. The staff getthe job done, don?t really acknowledge you, it?s alright. Great food, also, students are ALWAYS buying from here, so your foodis guaranteed to be fresh and clean. I love eating from here, I trust it, quality is consistent and food always satisfying! Theannoying part is that they only give you two condiments. Read more

Out of all the fried chicken fast food chains, I think Popeyes Louisiana style fried chicken is the best.

I ordered a 12 piece family meal. It is supposed to come with 12 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides, and 6 biscuits. However, I... ended up getting 5 pieces of chicken, 2 small sides and 6 biscuits. Note: this was at 7pm on Saturday night with around 20college students there. It was busy, but missing that much stuff just sucks. Read more

Not fair treatment of customer, Terrible Service attitude, and maybe discrimination. We went to this store and order two combo... with wings and tender chicken, they comes with two drinks, but the front desk only give one and did not mention two combo comeswith two drinks, until we found that. She knew we have two drinks but just don't want to give us two drinks. So when we waitingthe meal, we come back to ask do we have two drinks, then the front desk who is a woman said:" you have two drinks, you wantit?" We say yes, but this lady just being very reluctant and hateful. Also make a super bad service attitude face for delivererthe drink. After that, she tell the other lady who prepare food for customer that give us small pieces of chicken like what Ishow below and leave us to wait until everyone get their food. Inside the chicken box, only one piece is normal size and theother is like a little finger. We pay for our meal, and why we did not get a fair quality product and services back? It ishorrible! These customer is soo terrible! It makes people mad and angry. How can a front desk Popeyes staff did not give whattheir customer have and order after they pay for it? Not only doing that bad but also being hatefully to choose revenge to givea small pieces chicken to their customer after they require a fair services? Why Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen provide this kindsof bad services to their client? And hire these kind of non-standard staff to services their client? First she did not give aright combo set to customer, not because of she forget, but because she don't want to! Second she choose to make a revengeaction after customer found the truth and ask for the order they have. Third she being hateful and bad service attitude for thewhole time and telling others to do bad service. It is so terrible! Read more

First of all... The location of this Popeyes is not listed correctly. It is on Northeastern University in their dining facility.... Not a free standing building but rather in a campus food court. Food was good, service was quick. Usual prices. Read more
