- The staff are very impolite and don't understand basic English - It's been an year since I have been staying in the area, and... there is a significant difference in the quality of service and quantity of food they provide for the same amount at the startand lately - They close before time (at times i have noticed they close 30 mins before) best alternatives: - try checking outthe university house of pizza, they have better varities and good taste for the price - try going to the subway on mass Ave ,it's a bit of walk but you will be satisfied with the service and food quantity and quality. I think it?s wholly restaurant mistake, I am not blaming driver nor grubhub. I called the restaurant 4 times after I received my... order, then I asked lady if I can talk to manager, she said I am managing today 8.00 EST 16 June 2022. It felt like they arefeeding animals. Boxes were half open , plastic spoons with plastic on were inside the food! It felt very unsafe to eat. I gotcall from driver were he mentioned the bag is broken and please come down with ur own bag I went and got the food! Restaurantdoesn?t care! Qdoba is one of those casual Mexican food outlets that will fill you up for what your money is worth. They make some good... burritos and also offer unlimited soda refills. This outlet is right opposite northeastern university on Huntington ave. and hasa lot of the college crowd turning up for a nice meal. Overall a satisfactory rating in terms of food and service. You are better off waiting in line to order your food. I ordered ahead once and had to wait very long before I got my food. When... I finally got it, it was cold.
