Very good service. Above average burgers though not life-altering either. Love the sweet potato fries here but their potato... fries are supposed to be good as well. The line was long and didn't move that fast. A small order mistake was quickly andhappily fixed. I will go again. Just don't expect gourmet per se. It's still fast food. Accessible by all modes oftransportation including feet if you live in the city. Not enough outdoor seating while construction is going on. Read more

It was average. With all the burger places around, there are better burgers for sure. I thought the Shake Shack burger I had was... better and about the same price. The meat on this burger was kind of chewy compared to Shake Shack. I wouldn't come here overShake Shack and probably lots of other places so hard to give it more than 3 stars. They do have outlets for charging phonesthough, but 3/4 of them are already broken even though they are newly opened. Read more

This past weekend I went to this Smashburger location in Boston. It was 4:10pm and I had a train to catch at 5pm. Looking... through the front glass windows I saw there was no line and I had never tried Smashburger before so I figured I would give it atry. I walked in, placed my order, (an original smashburger and fries), and sat down at a table while I waited for my takeout.While I was waiting a line began to form and it started getting busy. Next I looked and a woman walked in with her baby and thecashier went crazy over her. I didn't think much of it until the cashier picked up the baby and started taking orders with it inher arms. (I think the cashier knew the babies mother.) After waiting 10 minutes, people who ordered after me started gettingtheir food before me. Mind you I had a train to catch. I stayed patient and then next thing you know this guy walked in with aspeaker and starting dancing all over the place. People started recording it and I couldn't do anything but laugh. The babiesmother all of a sudden started working on filling peoples orders in the kitchen. I didn't think she worked there! Just an allaround bizarre experience. After waiting approximately 30 minutes I finally got my food and ran to the train station where Imade the train and opened my bag to cold fries and an unappetizing burger. Moral of the story is wouldn't recommend for thefood, but they put on a show. Good? No. Bizarre. Read more
