The worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I had my worst Starbucks experience earlier this week at this store... I waited for 15mins while there were only two people in... front of me. Why? Bc the staff (a young girl wearing glasses) doesn?t know what the heck is time management! For example, shejust stood their staring at the oven timer for three minutes to get sandwiches heated instead of using the waiting time to takemy order and make my drink! Customers behind me were running out of patience too. And that?s not the worst part yet. I saw a newdrink on the big poster and asked her if I could have that, and she said no we don?t have it...
