The worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I had my worst Starbucks experience earlier this week at this store... I waited for 15mins while there were only two people in... front of me. Why? Bc the staff (a young girl wearing glasses) doesn?t know what the heck is time management! For example, shejust stood their staring at the oven timer for three minutes to get sandwiches heated instead of using the waiting time to takemy order and make my drink! Customers behind me were running out of patience too. And that?s not the worst part yet. I saw a newdrink on the big poster and asked her if I could have that, and she said no we don?t have it... Went a couple of times, never really satisfied. I don't know why this place is different from other Starbucks, but they've given... me coffee that wasn't even hot, and their Cappuccino just tasted like old milk. Idk. Too pricey to accept bad drinks. Read more
This is not the first time that I have had poor service at this location but it was the first time I was restricted to the... amount of whole milk I was allowed to have with my coffee. Tina who proudly claimed to be the manager gave me two ounces ofwhole milk and stated that is all I could have. the worst thing is starbucks the girl doesn't attend she wasn't paying attention and on top of that there was nothing if there... are no products close early don't make us waste time.
