SLOW. Can't comment on the food and drink because it took them like 15 minutes to serve 5-6 people with a bunch of people... behind the counter, and they called my flight with several people ahead of me. Friendly service is nice, but for Pete's sakeyou're at an airport! Read more

I ordered a cold brew with almond milk today (tried to make my order simple during a rush) and the almond milk in it must've... been at least 3 days expired. It literally curdled at the bottom of my cup. I tried to stir it up but that didn't help and I hadto throw it away. I'm not one to complain about customer service or wait times, but this is disgusting and a health hazard. Read more

Terrible. Takes >30+ mins from the time you get in line to when you get your order? EVERY. TIME. The staff are nice but have... zero concern about speed and efficiency. Read more

For $5 for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be served with milk as requested, not half and half, because the barista is too lazy... to bend over to get the milk. The coffee should be served in a clean cup, not one where the coffee is overflowing and stainingthe cup and my hands. Laziness gets you nowhere. $5 for a cup of coffee that costs you $.25 to make. Have some pride with theother $4+ you charge the customer. Read more

This was disappointing service. I don't have a high bar for airport businesses, but this starbucks didn't even meet that low... bar. They misheard my order, which wouldn't be such a big deal if it hadn't taken them ten minutes to make it, despite onlyhaving three customers. The slowest service I've seen out of any coffee shop. When I explained that they had gotten the orderwrong, it again took way too long just to make an iced tea. The whole time, it was evident the staff was making rudeconversation about us. There is a time to socialize, and there is a time to work. There is no shame in asking a customer torepeat an order if you couldn't hear them, don't just guess!! I would much rather repeat myself at the beginning of an order,rather than at the end after the wrong drink was made, and wasted. Read more

At 0500 the line was already long. The folks were trying to get the orders thru, just really slow. Too early. Got to the counter... after being called Next, then he excused himself to put trash liners in the trash cans. The next cashier called 3 other folkswhile I waited for the Young Man to complete his task ?????. Probably shouldn't rate until I finish my Mocha ???? Read more
