The cashier at the window was terrible. She was rude and had terrible customer service. She didn?t even make my coffee correct.
Rude employees, need to work on customer service! Too bad because the location is nice and clean
The two women working there tonight were awful. Shut down the counter for drive through only and then wouldn?t take orders at... the drive through! Sat there on their phones. When I went in and called them out on it the taller one argued with me. Horrible.I buy a lot of coffees there and because of her Ill never buy another thing from Starbucks again. Not even one star. Do not stop here if you want to get your coffee in anything even close to a reasonable time. I am talking only one customer in... store and one in drive thru and still this. I can visibly see all 3 baristas bantering around while i just wait making eyecontact. Read more

Hello all Starbucks coffee lovers. Went in this Starbucks yesterday waited patiently for about 20 minutes at the counter. There... were 3 young Starbucks girls carrying on a conversation looking all around laughing however, we?re not ready to assist me . Whenthey were ready I ordered a coffee which she made. I told her I will be using my points. She stated we don?t use points here.She dumped the coffee out. I looked ant her and then left and will never return.
