Loud music. Floor and tables are dirty. I ordered a snack bar on the app and when I came to ask about it, they told me that it?s... out of stock and they didn?t have the reflex to offer a refund. Great and not too crowded. It also has a lovely kids drawing table too.
The staff makes coffee on point. Which is great because people come from all over the place to this one. Starbucks is located... inside the Boston Park Plaza, on Arlington St. and Columbus. I wish the scones and food was better otherwise it would be a 5star. Read more

22 people in line, 7 employees, only one cashier open, and the cashier grounds coffee and prepares drinks in between... clients. Zero organization, a complete mess. Those employees need training, the manager is either not here or very bad at theirjob. And while I'm clearly a guy, I got renamed as "Julie", which didn't help with the whole confusion. Read more
Made an order and sat down across from the pickup area waiting for my drink. The barista, Eddie proceeds to call out the next 4... orders that came after mine before simply pointing to my order which had been positioned in a place where I couldn?t see it, andno one ever called it out.
