This is literally the slowest Starbucks on the planet. Half of the time the order ahead doesn?t work and you have to wait in... line for close to 10 before you order, and then you need to wait an additional 15 to get your coffee. When you are able to orderahead, you still have a long que of people waiting for their drinks and it takes about 15-20 minutes to get your drink. Will visit this location again. I only popped in to get take-away cappuccinos on my way to the office, but I was struck by how... friendly the service was. It was a busy Monday but manager Leo made sure my order was was correct and I could carry those out.Thank you! Read more

Every day keeps getting worse and worse. Anticipate your order 10+ minutes AFTER mobile order tells you it?s ready. They cannot... keep anything in stock, service is always super slow and staff is not friendly. Today they didn?t have my coffee ticket(although I had my food which listed 1 of 2 in order ), yesterday they were out of nitro cold brew so they down graded me toregular cold brew without a refund or an apology, Monday they gave out food in the reverse order of customers ordering. Lastweek they weren?t even open at a decent hour and turned off mobile ordering? I would never give this store business, but it isthe only place to grab coffee in a 5+ block radius and it is next door to work in which I only have 5 minutes between clients. Iorder 15-20 minutes ahead of when I would pick up and still have to sprint out each day because I?m so incredibly late. How is aStarbucks this incredibly bad?!?? Read more

Worst service ever! I placed my mobile order almost 30 mins ahead, found my coffee, but the sandwiches was not ready. So I asked... one of the staff just to make sure it's coming cause sometime they might run out. She wasn't even bother to raise her eyes tolook at me and said "don't you see all these people here are waiting". That wasn't the first time I saw this woman treatedcustomer like this, so impatient, with all these attitudes! I visited this store almost twice a week just because it closed towhere I work. I understand how busy they can be especially in the morning, but that's not the right way to treat customers. Thewaiting line is always long and takes forever. Even though they have 7-8 staffs at the front in the morning, some of them arejust standing and chatting, some of them are running around without a clue or looking for supplies! So disorganized, this placedefinitely needs a better management!!! Read more

I like this starbucks! As a customer, they treat you with respect! The very polite guy waited until I set up the SB'a app. He... was very patient and treated me like I mattered! Even with all of the ignorant and impatient huffing/puffing people that was inback of me????... he still took the time to help me! Not a lot of l workers do that... especially at some other Starbucks. I'll have to get his name the next time that I go! Read more

This Starbucks has employees that will chat with friends/play on phone while a mob of customers stand and wait for there... purchases in shock. The first time it happened I figured maybe just short staff the second time, maybe coincidence. The thirdand fourth time? Hilarious. It?s the only one I?ve ever seen like this. Read more
