There were 2 days where I online ordered on the app and they were still closed when I walked over to pick up. They never have... anything in stock and it?s frustrating. Just don?t open. Worst starbucks in my 20+ years of starbucks experience, employees are slow, they don?t want to be there and they confuse... orders. And guess what, if they your order is screwed you either need to take your mixed order or wait for another 15 minutesuntil other orders are finished. Went to this place with my wife and our newborn daughter. We ordered food and coffee. My wife asked for the keys to the... customer?s bathroom and the stuff said she couldn?t use because they were about to close? my wife said: ? but it is 5:30 pm andyou guys close at 7:30pm?? he looked at us and said: ?sorry, you can?t use it? I go to school around so I order it on my app and walk to get my drink so I don?t have to wait there! I would say the location... is pretty convenient and the service is usually good. But today I ordered two drinks, and went to grab them after 20 mins. Onlysaw one of my drink at the counter and waited another 20 mins for the other drink to be done???? I double check with the staffin between while I was waiting but got the answer that it?s still in the making. (The store wasn?t crowded at that time) afterthe long long wait they didn?t really say anything (sorry for the long wait or thank you for your patience.) I like this Starbucks on the corner by the park. It?s convenient, because you can just take your drink and go to the park... afterwards. Staff is friendly, and with drinks at Starbucks you kind of know what you?re paying for already. I liked my drink,they got it out in two minutes which was pretty quick considering how busy it was. I was very amazed how efficient our loyal Theater District Starbuck's female staff member was in preparing my usual favorite ... holiday beverage (i.e. Hot Decaf Peppermint Mocha w/ light whip cream) before our fun SOMA Boston Jolly Jaunt event on BostonCommon (i.e. 5K runners) w/ the holiday music playing in the background.
