Customer service terrible? every time I go in there there is 0 customer service. I ask for the same drink I do at every other... Starbucks which they NEVER have here. Peach green tea lemonade. They could very easily make it but they chose to not to. Whenthe lady hands you the drink she just slides it over. Doesn?t say a name, no have a nice day? what is wrong with this store. Soimpolite. Went to this location while visiting Boston last weekend. I know Boston is primarily a Dunkin town and now it's obvious why. The... staff was RUDE! The cashier was wearing a mask while speaking so quietly I had to have her repeat herself three times. None ofus had any idea what she said the entire time. The drink making staff was more concerned about making mobile orders (that weregoing out 10+ mins later - I checked the labels) than our stuff. Wish I could give zero stars. Read more
The usual Starbucks experience with 2 exceptions. I stopped in to grab a quick bite and I attempted to order three different... menu items and they were out of all of them. I thought that it was a bit strange. Then I tried to sit and enjoy my food anddrink but the music was extremely loud. I felt like I was in a night club. Way too much for a casual quick dining location. Iwas alone on this occasion, however if I was with someone we would have had to literally yell over the music. I had to repeatmyself twice at a higher volume when placing my order and there were only 2 other people in the location at the time so thenoise was causes from the excessively loud music. ???? Nice comfortable and great smelling environment inside. Drinks and food are good albeit a little overpriced and the staff could... be more talkative to the customer. Otherwise, good store. No major problems ordering or bad experiences. ? Read more
I love this Starbucks team! They are so busy all the time, but still are so great about taking care of customers and getting to... know everyone. Staff are so friendly when customers walk in and are always greeting everyone so nicely. They check in with youto make sure you haven't been waiting too long for your stuff, and if you have, they usually are able to make it right there foryou! You guys are amazing!!! Read more
I absolutely love this Seaport location. All of the staff greet me when I come in and treat me so well. They are super friendly... and awesome people to get to know. I am a regular here as I work 2 jobs in the area and they never disappoint. ? If you need arecommendation they always have something amazing to give a try. Read more
