I come into this Starbucks all the time before work. I have never seen them make my drink right. They all cut corners instead of... doing it properly. Every time I get my tea, they pour it into the cup randomly instead of putting it into the shaker and usingthe lines that are literally made for the teas. Most of the time, they don?t even shake it, and I?m left with a disgustingdrink. It doesn?t save much time to make it wrong, so I don?t get why they can?t just do it right in the first place. Really a noteworthy Starbucks branch near Boston South Station, the downtown Financial District and the Aquarium. While it... serves all the usual Starbucks coffees and sandwiches, the atmosphere impresses with its nautical and maritime flair of thegolden age of merchant ships. There is indoor seating as well as lovely outdoor patio-type tables and chairs surrounded by shadyplants. And as an added bonus, this branch is right next to the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Park, an oasis of trees, grassylawns, and beds of beautiful flowers. Read more

Waited 15 min for my latte in a store that had maybe 4 other customers in it and waited almost 20 min for egg bites that I paid... for but never came out and I left because I was going to be late for work ruined my morning. The employees were unapproachableand one was snacking in back. I was very unhappy with my experience. Read more
