This is the worst Starbucks I?ve went to! The drinks are below average and same with the sandwiches. The service is the worst of... all. I ordered a drink and when the employee was making it for me she looked at me and rolled her eyes in a rude way. When shegave me the drink she slid it and it would have fell off the table if I didn?t grab it quickly. As soon as she slid it to me shejust turned around not even caring about what would have happened if she dropped the drink. I don?t know why this girl had somuch attitude. I didn?t even speak to her. I asked for lite basically no ice and my entire cup was full. When I spoke to the kid who made it he basically didn?t care. He... offered, politely, to take the ice out or I pay for more coffee. He messed up and I?d have to literally pay for it. I don?t evenwant to drink it it probably sucks. Two stars for the drink being tasty and the location being open till 8:30pm. Otherwise unfortunately, the experience was poor.... The cashier was on his phone while I was trying to pay for my transaction, didn?t ask for my name so I had to ask which drink ismine. He was also super unhelpful to answer the questions of the next customer asking what goes into different beverages andwhich ones are sweet and which ones aren?t (?wait, remind me how you got this job again??). The location used to have chairswhich were replaced by rolling tumbleweeds and wind sounds (just being sarcastic here - basically there are no chairs). Also thebathroom was nasty - with trash all over the flood and stink of pee lingering in the air (reminded me of the public bathroom atHarvard Station). It amuses me how some location are nice and clean with polite and trained stuff and others ... are not.Starbucks, do a better job at maintaining the standards for on-boarding and making sure you have chairs and clean bathrooms. I come into the store about two or three times a month and I'm not from Boston but there is trash litter clutter right where... you're sitting there is bugs his daughter doesn't look like has been cleaning months they concentrate cleaning the front b9fstore .but I don't clean the store at all. also one of the workers was kind of being rude to wear if you try to ask for therestroom code they just shout at you they don't 1 / this particular person doesn't care about her job....
