Being a loyal client and receiving somewhat of a OK service today was unacceptable . After walking out and over hearing the... employee's talking about me. I was upset how the customer service, I was looking for wasn't improved. Now I know why yourclients rated a 2 star or 1 star as a review. Being placed in the financial district and having poor communications and beingrude is unacceptable. Lost a loyal customer sorry not sorry. Read more
Fantastic spot, for one very important reason: wireless chargers. This Starbucks has wireless charging pads at all its seats,... and if your phone doesn't support wireless charging, they'll lend you a key-like device that enables wireless charging for yourphone. Great spot to catch a breath and recharge (literally!). Read more
Of the several Starbucks in the immediate vacinity (there are at least four within five minutes from each other), this one is my... favorite. It's always clean, it's always fast, and the staff is always friendly. They've never gotten my order wrong. Theydon't have as much food as the others, and there's not much sitting room. It's for quickly ordering a drink and leaving withit. When I go around my usual 12:30-1PM, there is almost never a line. I'm in and out in two minutes. Read more
Yep. It's a Starbucks. Kinda cramped but if you're in and out, who cares.
