This starbucks was good but my only complaint about Starbucks in general is how inconsistent their espresso is from location to... location. Some locations make espresso very well while I've seen others make some really bad espresso. Read more
Terrible service. First of all they do not follow the procedure of writing names so that people are not confused picking up... their drink. And when the mistake was made the person did not even apologize. When I asked for refund without even taking thedrink as i was getting late they told me another drink would be easier than giving you a refund and made me wait. I loveStarbucks not only because its amazing but also they are so hospitable and friendly and wanna do the right thing for the guest. Read more
Really small, and very busy. I was able to pay with my Starbucks app, but I'm unsure if they'd have honored any rewards or not... based on the statements of other reviewers. Also, be aware: this store would be a terrible place to do work for the fact thatthey have no public restroom. The nearest is apparently a block or two down, but that is a deal-breaker for myself personally ifI want to sit and work. Read more
I have been to this hotel multiple times in the past year and have visited this Starbucks every morning that I've stayed here.... I've always gotten a breakfast sandwich with no meat and coffee. This morning I was told by a rude abrasive woman that thesandwiches are pre-made and there are none without meat. She suggested I buy one with meat and just pull it off.
