Terrible service. First of all they do not follow the procedure of writing names so that people are not confused picking up... their drink. And when the mistake was made the person did not even apologize. When I asked for refund without even taking thedrink as i was getting late they told me another drink would be easier than giving you a refund and made me wait. Really small, and very busy. I was able to pay with my Starbucks app, but I'm unsure if they'd have honored any rewards or not... based on the statements of other reviewers. Also, be aware: this store would be a terrible place to do work for the fact thatthey have no public restroom. The nearest is apparently a block or two down, but that is a deal-breaker for myself personally ifI want to sit and work. Read more
I have been to this hotel multiple times in the past year and have visited this Starbucks every morning that I've stayed here.... I've always gotten a breakfast sandwich with no meat and coffee. This morning I was told by a rude abrasive woman that thesandwiches are pre-made and there are none without meat. She suggested I buy one with meat and just pull it off. Worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks. I ordered a venti iced green tea and recieved a grande. After nicely reminding... that I asked for a venti, I recieved sass and attitude saying that I asked for a grande. Not wanting to cause any commotion, Ileft with the grande. I later checked my receipt and it showed that I was charged for a venti. Never going back!! I am a hugeStarbucks fan, but this location is terrible. Read more
Starbucks is generally a terrible place to order tea if you want to have it with hot milk. They want to charge you for a latte,... even though most tea drinkers just want to have some hot (unfoamed) milk. This outlet was particularly uncompromising. Read more
It's part of the hotel, so while they will accept starbucks giftcards, you can't redeem your rewards there. Also, there have... been weeks at a time when they are unable to accept the starbucks gift card. You can still earn stars on your purchases, butcan't get any bonus stars. Otherwise service is good even with a long line. Read more
Completely abrasive staff today. Although so many reviews state (correctly) that you can earn Stars, the staff member refused to... even try to scan my card with the "Scan Only" option and was very unpleasant when I asked to just try it. Read more
