I am doing door dash to pick the food. I asked nicely for cooking time and if she just got the order. She storm out to me like a... I’m a low labor. This was my first time visiting Sushi Today. It was a cute little place! Love the umbrellas concept inside the restaurant and... good service and how they tied the umbrellas into part of their rolls. I liked how they want their customers to interact withthem by leaving sticky notes on sections of the restaurant and I also liked how they had small sized games like Jenga forcustomers to play while they are dining or waiting for their food. They would be a higher rating if they had more of aselection and more of a variety of Rolls especially if Sushi Today offered more cooked sushi rolls. The only cooked roll I hadwas the Sweet Potato Roll and it didn’t taste as hot and fresh as I’ve had it at other sushi restaurants. Overall I had agood experience the pricing was fair. Read more
I found the food here average. The sushi was average at best, but the tamago (egg) was really bad. The texture of the tamago was... off, and instead of being smooth it felt lumpy and rough. If I am not mistaken they have added in corn starch in it. The mealwas also expensive for what I got. A Californian roll and 3 slices of tamago cake up to $11 before tips. Read more
Very nice people but the sushi wasn’t great quality and was essentially tasteless. Crab was artificial, ingredients weren’t... fresh. Hate to say this but probably tied for worst sushi I’ve ever had. :( Also, interior temperature was about 90 degreesand lots of fruit flies inside. Pros: very nice interior and friendly staff.
