I am literally baffled at how the staff is literally just hanging around and socializing. Not only are they socializing but they... are using profanity. The GM should really gain control of this location because I see it going nowhere FAST! In all my years ofeating at Taco Bell my tacos have never fallen apart. I received my order. my Dew had dirt mud all down inside cup, my bag was open, tape ripped off. Driver informed me they have... them prep the drinks?. No explanation for the food. Flabbergasted by this. I will be reporting this to health department. Read more
On 9-30-22 around 10 p.m. I felt as though I was just bamboozled by the Taco Bell employees. Had an uber eats order for myself... and waited well over 40 minutes just to be told someone else picked up my order. How could that be when I made my orderoutside. 1 star for this place is GENEROUS!!!! All of the reviews are right with this place. It could have been something huge in... southie. The employees are sub par at best! Very busy spot since it's the only fast food place in area besides Burger King way down the street. And most likely the only... Taco Bell for miles from other locations. Waited 30+ minutes only for them to close and not give us our food. Didn?t even say they would be closing, they just stopped... making orders. You?re better off eating the old taco seasoning in your cupboard than going to this place. Read more
