Honestly, my primary choice was not here but somewhere recommended by a lot of others and since I am a tourist, I went there... first. But there was way too much people waiting. So, I choose this place instead. One of the most wise and lucky decisions Imade in this year!!! Drip coffee is delicious. Croissant sandwich is an absolute classic! Tomatoes, avocado, arugula, and mediumrare egg, all together create an awesome croissant sandwich. Each bit is full of flavor, fresh veg, and crispy croissant! Cannotwait to try other pastries. First time in Boston and I was recommended this place by a local. Came to the Beacon Hill location. Staff was friendly. Good and... baked goods were amazing. I had a cappuccino and a smoked salmon and avocado tartine. One of the most flavorful smoked salmon Ihave ever had. It is busy and seating can be limited. If you?re in a hurry, order online for pick up. Such a cute place anddefinitely put it on your list as you visit this historic area of Boston Read more

My wife and I had heard about this bakery and it did not disappoint! It checked all the boxes of a small neighborhood bakery. ... We ordered the Shakshouka, which is a soup/stew with origins in Northern Africa of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, oliveoil, peppers, onion and garlic, commonly spiced with cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper. It was delicious! We also ordered achocolate popover and a slice of apple pie. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area! Don?t miss this place! Read more

Came to Boston for the weekend to enjoy the city and see a concert. We parked on Charles Street to make our way down to kayak in... the harbor, and had a quick bite here. MAAANNNN AM I HAPPY WE DID. Everything they make there is platinum, such a pure Europeanflavor and definitely craftsmanship in their food that has been used for centuries from the old country. Bravo I will be backfor more! Such a wide range of choices with so much attention to detail. In addition to the pastries (lemon drizzle cake was perfect,... even though I didn't get to try the icing), the two menu items we tried were great (bowl of muesli had so much flavor with agreat tang, and the prosciutto, parmesan, scrambled eggs on sourdough). Every team member was friendly even though it was superbusy. They know what they're doing over there. Read more

It is a chain, but the SHORT RIB GRILLED CHEESE OMG. (It comes with beets, and I usually order it without them). It is... absolutely delicious. I have tried a ton of things on the menu, pastries, and drinks, and they are all fairly good. The pastriesrun a little pricey, but the menu feels fairly priced. Read more

Great pastry, great shakshuka (spicy ????) great tartiness, excellent deserts, and more and more. Everything as good very good... but the ordering process very very very unorganized, only one cashier that take the orders that make such a long waiting time. Iassume every weekend are like this, they have to improve this. But at the end everything is so tasty that after eating youforget all. Read more

First time eating here. Located in Beacon Hill, on Charles St. While there was a long line to place our order, moved quickly and... was well worth the wait. Staff was friendly and quick. We enjoyed The BRAT-turkey sandwich and the Mozzarella, tomato, arugulasandwich. Both made with fresh ingredients and big portions. The vanilla iced chai was delicious as well. Although, we weretempted to purchase a sweet from their abundant bakery selection, we passed. There was definitely enough to choose from. Read more
