We had the Beef Tartare, Scampi, Lobster Carbonara, Mashed Potatoes side, Tiramisu and some sorbets. Overall, the food was... alright. Beef Tartare was served on hot mashed potatoes, which cooked the beef a bit and made it not as tender. Lobster wasovercooked, again, not tender. Other than that, I enjoyed everything else. I would have gone with a 3 star but I'm going tohave to do a 1 star because of the server's attitude. We had to wait for them for a while, which is unfortunate -- thoughunderstandable -- but what surprised me was the way they dumped the tiramisu into the to-go box. They offered to box it for us,which was great, but opening this up after I got home made me feel very disrespected. We could've done it ourselvestoo. Bottomline, it doesn't take much effort to box something nicely, or just let the customers do it themselves. I will not becoming back. Read more
Very porch restaurant. I was kinda intimidated at first but quickly settled in. I ordered the braised short ribs. I expected it... to have the rib bones, sadly it didn't, however, the missing bones didn't make it any less appetizing. It was scrumptious. First, this place has the most disgusting Panna cotta ever. Tastes soooo weird. But they have one of the best crab cakes I’ve... had. Prime steak tartare was decent The meat ball tastes horrible, the texture is mushy and taste like artificial meat. Thelobster ravioli was fine. The dough is nicely cooked not too hard or soft, but the filling was quite ordinary and i couldn’treally tasted the lobster. Now, the $65 24 months aged cheese was an epic fail. We felt like the cook didn’t burn the brandyin the cheese properly, so the entire dish only tasted like alcohol. Couldn’t taste the cheese at all. We complained andwanted to return it but they didn’t let us and ask us to request one without alcohol next time. ( but there won’t be a nexttime obviously) Lava chocolate cake was good. Read more
A bit on the pricier side but food is worth the price. Pretty good Italian food and steak in the seaport area after a night out... bowling at King's or a walk by the sea. I would recommend it as a fancier date spot. Would definitely like to come back to trymore of their menu :) I had the gnocchi which tasted as good as it looked! Read more
Tuscan Kitchen hosted our sons graduation from the Police Academy. The venue is gorgeous, the food is absolutely delicious, the... staff was wonderful. Amanda was wonderful to work with in planning our event despite us being so last minute with the date! Chris and Katie took care of absolutely every detail the night of the event, and it was so seamless and perfect, we practicallyhad to drag many of our guests out at the end. Exceptional service! We had our Dad’s retirement party at Tuscan Kitchen Seaport this past Thursday evening. Always loved this... location so we knew it had to be here. We honestly couldn’t have imagined it to have gone any better. I met with Olivia, theirEvents Manager a couple months prior to go over the details of the surprise party. She went above and beyond to make sureeverything was perfect! His colleagues and family were so impressed and had an amazing night! We literally closed the placedown. Best of all how can you beat these views of Boston! Thank you Olivia, Charlie, our server Cassie and our bartender Juan,this truly was such a memorable night for my family. Enjoyed spending time and eating here. The place is clean, and the bathrooms are clean, which is important. The food was... amazing! We are everything and have no negative thing to say about the food. The reception we got was excellent and the servicewas superb. Will definitely be coming here again.
