The search for good Indian food in Boston is frustrating and almost futile. However, Vaisakhi was a pleasant surprise. Tucked... away in an unassuming venue, this place offers authentic Indian food for a very reasonable price. The dishes were delicious andflavorful, and the service was good. This place is on the list on my top 3 Indian restaurants in Boston. I have been so far only ordering from Uber One:UberEats but... they have been consistently offering great food quality. I have really liked the butter chicken and paneer tikka masala fromthis place. Highly recommend them either via UberEats or dine-in. They are also conveniently located right off Sutherland MBTAstop of BC green line. Read more
I really don't like to write poor reviews, especially for small local businesses, but the quality issues with the food at this... place is getting worse each day. I took out an order this afternoon which included a box of rice. After getting to the middle ofthe container, I see a piece of red meat in it (pic attached). It was extremely unpleasing and disturbing, especially because Iam vegetarian for religious reasons and prohibit animal product of any kind. This is not even the first time I experienced thiskind of issue; earlier I ordered vegetarian biryani and there were hard shelled almonds in it. I almost broke my tooth. Ofcourse, I called the restuarant but they only played dumb. I don't know what's happening with the quality control at this place.Very disappointing! Read more

I ordered paneer tikka masala, it was more like malai paneer. I specifically mentioned that it be made spicy and still it was... sweet. The naan was more like a focaccia bread and not naan!! The samosa chaat was good, but it was overpowered by yogurt. Theportions were good for the price, but the overall taste wasn’t. Read more
