Really fantastic wine bar in Little Italy. The wine list was pretty extensive and had tons of variety from all over Italy and at... various price points, including some things I never expected to see in the US. Prices were reasonable for the area. Can’tspeak to the full menu, but the truffle fries and veggie appetizers were outstanding. Has a nice outside area on a somewhatquiet street. Bathrooms were fine. Will absolutely be a new go to spot when friends come to Boston. Read more
Visited Vinoteca Di Monica for lunch. Outside seating available but you’re packed in pretty tight and close. Waitstaff is... really nice and happy. They offer a lunch menu and a dinner menu during the day so there are plenty of options. I ordered amodified mushroom ravioli no issues ordering and it came out exactly as expected. Mom ordered a lobster roll special withfries. $38 and she said 1/10. There are plenty of other options in the north end for a good hearty lobster roll, choose those.The fries however are PERFECT! Delish! Wicked good! The ravioli was delicate and so good. Nice wine list. Outdoor dining available & it was perfect weather.... Inside was a bit crowded so was happy to get a table in the corner. Service was attentive. Would return in a second. Read more
The place gets very busy. Even with a reservation, we ended up waiting and then got sat right by the door in a cold December... night. The pasta was cooked beautifully, I’ll give them that, but the whole meal was ruined by the cold air rushing in fromcustomer opening and closing the door. Read more
I LOVE THIS PLACE. My whole family and I went for my brothers birthday and every dish that we ordered was delish. I had the... tortellini di pollo alla panna and my mom had the pumpkin ravioli or something and it was all so delish. Service was fast andfood tasted fresh. It melted in your mouth! It was a little tight like space wise with the tables being sort of close together,but would definitely come back and recommend to all. Read more
We are Italian food people for sure. That's usually a meal that gets scarfed up by everyone without hesitation. We thought we... would give it a try even though no kids meals and I will say my food was wonderful. I had the meatball sub which I wouldn't haveminded if it was a little heavier on the meatball but it worked. Only 4. We also for the 6 of us had two orders of fettuccine afor 3 kids to share. They didn't even finish it. But on the plus side I was able to. It was a little light on the sauce and notreal flavorful but it was definitely fresh and the noodles were wonderful. We also had another sandwich which my wife andanother daughter were planning to share but my wife didn't get any....can't recall what it was but had to be good. So if youhave kids it's a bit much but the location, dining room and food are all spot on. Read more
