The burger was really disappointing! A bit of déjà vu ? it took me a while for me to recall the flavor. It reminds me of a... burger they served in the school cafeteria with all the patties sitting steamed in a tray. And the condiments and the sauce werenothing to write home about. A whopper, a McDonald's quarter pounder and a McDonald's big Mac would've been better. Read more

I usually do not leave Reviews but Wahlburgers in the Airport deserves one! I'm from the Industry and I was impressed by their... business! The line was long I wait a long time there, def is not their fault! Is because they are the cheapest option around!Its really surprised me that I can have a burger in Boston Airport for less than 12$, is like! This is really Boston? So thanksMark for help my trip be more affordable!! I watch the kitchen working by the window and The cooks just rock it! Working Nonstop, Not sure how many orders they have in a day but must be a lot! The food was good! For the price! It was great! We waitaround 12 minutes what is a good wait time for how busy they are! 5 stars to all wahlburger hard worker staff! Read more

Ordered at the to go counter. Burger, fries and drink for $20. The part where you type in your name inexplicably doesn't have a... backspace button, so type carefully! The food came out quickly, but they forgot my drink and I needed to fish out my receipt toprove I ordered it. Food was fine. The Our Burger tasted good, had lots of vegetables on it, and looked approximately like thepicture on the menu. Fries were decent but nothing extraordinary. I'd go again if the line isn't too long. Sept. 9, 2022 - Operating a restaurant must be difficult in the middle of Logan Airport?s terminal C ! My wife and I have a ?... soft spot? for fellow Boston local turned movie star, Mark Wahlberg. Seems 3 brothers ( of 9 Wahlberg siblings) Mark, Donnie,and Chef Paul are primary investors in this burger venture. Since 2016 they sit ?em quickly, serve a limited menu of burgers,salads, chicken sandwiches, and sides . Once seated, server ( Stephen) came over with menus. Not much chit chat, drinks & foodarrived within 10 minutes! Good food, fries OK . . . not much of a beer or wine selection. Hey, that?s an airport! Nofrills! I?d rate the service as 4 ! It took 30 minutes for us to get our to go order after spending 20 minutes in line because they only have one order station... open. We get our food and the burger was messy, the chicken sandwich was soggy, chewy and disgusting and they forgot our fries.Not sure why it?s so hard to get 3 things right. The to go drinks were warm, no customer service, I don?t recommend this placeat all. Horrible. Way overpriced. Read more

Best word to describe this place is ?mediocre?. Almost all items out of stock. Just ok service. Could be cleaner. Non... environmentally friendly cups for dine in. And even the french fries are just ok if not bad. Read more

If I could give this location ZERO starts I would!! Horrible customer service, and false advertisement of what is on the menu VS... what you can actually order. Semi short Hispanic man wearing a black hoodie with short black hair was super rude! He didn?t wantto help any of the customers, my crew and I are flight attendants and when we asked if he could take our order so we can get ourdiscount he said ?NO? shortly after I had a question and was calling him over to ask my question and he straight ignored me, Iknow he heard me too! It took another customer telling him I need help for him to acknowledge me as a customer. Then when I didget his attention he was leaning against the wall acting as if he didn?t care to be there or even help the customers. Horriblefirst time experience!
