Decent experience with brunch at Ward 8 with a friend. Had some corned beef hash and some waffles with nutella. Both were tasty,... but could be a bit better. I expected the corned beef hash to come with a little bit more food. The plate seemed a bit empty tome when it was served. No complains with the nutella waffle. Its what you would expect - Interior is gastro-pub looking.Outdoor seating looks interesting. There is a weird cowboy-looking facade near the seating, which is odd. Service wasnice. Highly enjoyed my visit to Ward 8. On the edge of West End & right walking distance to North Station, I couldn’t have asked... for a better spot to stop for dinner & a drink. The menu is creative with tons of exciting options. If you can, get areservation for the patio out back because the views are phenomenal. I totally give this place a 5 out of 5, or a 10 out of 10 if google had that option. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..... make... sure you get there when ever Ryan and Sam are at the bar. Sit down and let Ryan known your favorite drinks and he will make anawesome twist of it. We totally enjoyed the drinks, the food, the people, the place, everything. Maybe we just happened to hit agreat day for the bartender but honestly he knew what he was making and you can tell he enjoys his job.
