Ordered a 14" jumbo jet with extra cheese of beer battered crust for delivery last night. The pizza arrived in ~30 minutes and... was hot and fresh. I've been in the Puget Sound area since August of 2018 after moving from Michigan. I have searched high andlow to find great pizza in the area as I'm used to West Michigan where 80% of the pizza places drop a great pie. This is thethird place I have found in the area with a decent pizza but, I would argue that this was the best pizza I have found in my 4years here. The dough was perfectly baked for the crunch of the exterior, great bubbling and, not to thick chew. The cheese wasquality with the perfect "pull", indicating the high quality of said cheese. The sauce was perfectly seasoned with just theright acidity, flavor, amount and, consistency. The toppings were all high quality and full of flavor. When the delivery driverdropped of the pizza he commented that it was the best pizza he has made in awhile which illuminates that he/this store takespride in thier pies and I am ecstatic to be able to say that he words ring true at least to the point of, it was a perfect pizza(being my first pizza from here I have no frame of reference for his past pizzas). I am very hopeful that the offer I have inon a house in this area (I was visiting a friend last night) goes through because, I'll know exactly who my pizza goto willbe. I have to say pizza is pretty good, no complains there. I just want to share this in case you are in the same situation. Last... night 10/29/22 I called for an order to be deliver. I order the extra large size pizza. Half Hawaiian and half Jumbo Jet. Wellthe total was $50 and some cents. I call next day to clarify the price. Same guy answer the phone. When I asked how much was anextra large pizza. As the one I order, he knew who I was. He said you order this last night I took your call; sounded defensive;He referred to the confusion with apartment number that happened during delivery. I assured him there was no problem with that.That was not the reason I I was calling about. He explained in a very annoyed tone that there was a charge for delivery of $5and that his delivery guy could no changed the price. I assure I understood about delivery charge and stayed the question again,he would not answer my question about the price of extra large pizza, said he didn?t know the price that it varies. I asked forthe prize of an extra large jumbo Jet pizza and He asked me to be put on hold so he could attend other customers. I said ok andyou just tell me the price? He said no I need to look and I do t have time right now. I asked why was he upset and he saidAlmost yelling, because I am asking you to hold so I can help my customers. I said ?no need to wait thanks ? and hang up. So Iwent o line again did math and turns out he charged me for 2 xtra large pizzas Instead of just one. Too bad , no More Jet citypizza for me. Read more
We usually order from the Jet City on Hwy 9, but they were closed. So we figured we would try this location. Well, that turned... out to be a mistake. $46 for 2 medium pizzas. Now, don?t get me wrong, I would definitely pay good money for great pizza! Thiswas not the case. I ordered extra cheese on my pizza and there was definitely not extra cheese. So after Grubhub royally messed up the order I placed here (they said my order was ready, but it never even showed up on the... tablet at Jet City), Jeff made sure I was taken care of. He was able to rush my order through and made sure I got out of therewith what I had previously ordered. As for the pizza itself, it's good pizza, not amazing but not bad for what you pay for.Bread sticks were tasty but a bit thinner than I expected. Hot wings are fairly standard pizza place wings. I'm not disappointedin what I ordered, but what really stood out was the customer service I received from Jeff. He apologized for the mistake thatgrubhub caused and asked me what he could do to make it right. He was polite and patient, despite getting phone calls and onlineorders left and right. Read more
I love coming and getting pizza and the fresh hot grinders here they are always AMAZING!!!! Although I do miss seeing Brittany... when I came in she was a hell of a worker! With that being said everyone that works there is always so friendly and so upbeat! Read more
We got delivery and it was fantastic! The customization is top notch. They let me put completely different sauces on different... sides of the pizza. I got an extra sauce, half BBQ chicken, and half meat. Both kinds were amazing and at only slightly more $than dominoes. My wife got Gluten free and she was very happy. She's had a lot of different gluten free crusts and most aredeficient in some way, but this one wasn't! Wanted to try it because it?s close by, 20$s for a tiny pizza, and let me tell ya this is the most foul creation to ever touch... my taste buds dough was raw, i got mine with pesto and the pesto tasted like i was eating plants out of bog. I ordered two pizzas online to be picked up. One was gluten-free with my own choice of toppings of bacon, pineapple, hot... peppers, and Canadian bacon. This pizza was perfectly cooked, and it was loader with toppings. The gluten-free crust they use isdelish!delightful!! The other pizza was a thin crush and jumbo jet toppings. It was fantastic.
