I'm goin with 3 stars because it's McDonald's, and its generally the same experience all the time. I would have gone 4 stars... except last night I ordered 20 nuggets & there was no sauce. The bag was stacked with the other items I had ordered so it wasassumed, based on how many items were in this bag that a few sauces were swimming at the bottom. When I got home I found thehorrible truth. Dry nuggets. 20 dry nuggets. This was devastating, you folks have never let me down like this before. I just went to this McDonalds. It?s listed online McDonald?s supports veterans and was giving a discount on vets day. They... refused to honor the discount telling me they don?t support vets. Very shocking and disappointing! Read more
UPDATE: The dining room is open full time now- 7 days a week. UPDATE: I went to McDonald's today. They finally opened the inside... for dining in. They have remodeled since the last time I was inside, which was before the pandemic started. It looked nice andit was good to finally be able to go in and sit down to eat. I came here for breakfast. I am glad they are finally open forinside dining. I have to say they do have the best breakfast burrito. And I really like the strawberry and cream pie. UPDATE : McDonalds has a new cheese danish. It taste so good. You have to try it. It's very sweet and creamy. Lots of cheese and thecheese is sweet, like cheese cake. Read more
Mac's is always great for us. This location is top notch, efficient, always clean with friendly service. Sometimes we like to... get back on the road in a hurry, other times, this is a great place to linger and visit. The food is never a disappointment.???? Read more
This review is strictly for the manager Anika (sorry if i misspelled) it?s so hard to get good customer service these days and... not only did she listen to my problem but she resolved it immediately. Originally they made my order wrong I asked for a deluxequarter and nothing about it was deluded, the gave me a regular quarter. Anika replaced my whole meal and got me take care of .Very professional because service like that is sadly hard to get even if it?s not the customers fault, fast food places won?ttake accountability and put the customers concerns first. So I had to take the time out of my day to recognize her hard work .Thank you Anika we need more customer service professionals such as yourself. Read more
The employees at this McDonald's are always very pleasant and willing to assist with everything. Everytime I walk in the door... I'm greeted with a smiling face offering to assist me with my order. I come here for lunch now and again since it's within walking distance. I've been disappointed a handful of times (mostly issues... with the app) but honestly it's fairly standard for McDonald's. Giving the wrong food or not customizing an order you paid extrato customize. Quality and cleanliness are usually acceptable, I can't think of a time it was exceptional though. I've been inand out in as little as 10 minutes and I've had it take as long as an hour. I almost always get 2-3 items, usually cheeseburgersor spicy McChickens - nothing crazy that should ever take longer than the 10 min usual. I've also never had them be out ofanything, but they also have randomly closed so kind of a mixed bag, so to speak, with this location. Read more
