I have walked out if this restaurant twice and now will not go back. The first time I went with a vegetarian who asked for a... salad without bacon explaining why. They replaced it with another salad with bacon. Last night I went with my granddaughter whois 6. I have to say the service we received from our server was the best. That did not make up for the absolutely horrible food. I enjoy Red Robin and have had good experiences at other locations but this location has problems that have gone on for a fewyears. The past couple of times that I have gone to this Red Robin have been very disappointing. I am not sure how long the latest... changes to their menu have been in place, but I do not like them. Red Robin seems to have lost it's identity. Pizza has nobusiness being on the menu. Many of my favorite dishes are no longer served and the quality of the foods that remain arelacking. Service is friendly, but mistakes to orders are common. My sons still love coming here for the milkshakes andbottomless steak fries, but beyond that, there is little that will bring me back. This place has been in bothell for a bit and is a great place for a quick bite and drink. Nice staff and food as well!

I really dislike this Bothell location. 90% of the time the order is not ready when I get there (and I usually get there on... time, and expect to wait - I'm very patient). Today, I arrived at the est ready time. Called curbside, they said it was stillbeing made. Waited 20 minutes (total of 45 mins from submitting it online) and watched multiple people pull in and out so I wentinside. The young lady mentioned to everyone waiting, they were having a kitchen issue and were short staffed - so the wait timewas a little longer. Fair enough. After a few mins of waiting and/or to be acknowledged personally, I looked over and my orderis on the rack!!! I asked if we were just waiting for the drinks and she was shocked and asked if that was my order?? Really? Atthat point I checked the food, and it was already Lukewarm!! Not ok! My burger was pink too! I mean, I don't mind a littlepink, but this was pretty damn pink! I have pics to prove! I didn't have time nor was I going to wait another hour to have itall remade.The other 10% of the time, they either forget something, make a mess of the sauces, or the food is flat out cold uponmaking it to my car. I know I've said this before, but I'm truly sticking with it this time, if I ever want a to go order fromRR, I will drive the extra 15 mins each way and go to the Woodinville location. I've never had an issue there and they have moreoptions on the online menu. If I could make a 0 star rating I would. I placed my order through the app, 3 meals and an appetizer. It said it would take 40... minutes. I arrived about 45 minutes later and then waited another 15. That was fine, I understand places get busy. Not a realissue. I then drive home with my order and the egg on my daughter's burger is raw. The white part is not fully cooked. Irequested crispy chicken on my wrap and it is grilled. I also paid extra for avocado so imagine my suprise when the avocado isbrown. I pulled it out of the wrap and the entire avocado was brown. No green to it. I then drive back to have our food remadeand 'just to be safe' they over cooked the egg so it is not over easy at all which is the point of the burger. I told them I didnot want it over cooked or under cooked. I wanted it to be correct and that is all. I ordered my food at 7pm. It is now almost9:30 and I am just getting home to finally have dinner. While I waited I began typing this and the manager decided to look at myphone and ask me if I was documenting this. I said, I am writing a review on Google. The service was so poor and when we eventually got our food it was cold. They didn't even ask if we wanted more of the... supposedly bottomless fries. We have been to different red Robin's but the one in bothel is awesome. They ask if you want a basket of fries while you wait... for your food. The one by Alderwood mall is like pulling teeth to get bottomless fries. Read more
