These baristas need to be retrained. No way it takes 10 minutes to make a peach green Tea lemonade and a brown sugar shaken and... they both STILL gets made wrong while having a personal conversation on the bar. I?m normally real nice but jeeze dude. Then Iasked for a refund and was offered a recovery card instead because they didn?t know how to give a refund?? I stopped coming heremonths ago bc despite the nice baristas no one seems to know how to make the drinks properly. Read more

Great location and friendly staff. But the coffee is below my expectation, which tastes too thin, like water mixed with milk.

I come here whenever I am taking my pets to the Center for Birds and Exotic Pets. The staff at Starbucks this morning were... awesome! Very friendly and that really made morning. The drink was well made and I can not be more pleased with this Starbucksas it is one of my favorite. Great job and keep up great work! Read more

Hit and miss if they ask if you want cream and sugar for your coffee. Make sure to tell them. Update for Christmas week 2021 -... They got the cream and sugar correct. Never had the Blond Christmas blend or Christmas blend available if you wanted dripcoffee. Didn't matter what time you showed up. 11, 12 , 1, 4 never available. It's a busy store. They were out of a lot ofsupplies that week. Very young guy, dark hair has got to be one of the nicest folks that has ever helped me at that store. Read more

I adore this store. Everyone is kind and helpful. My work is very close by so we have staff coming to Starbucks multiple times a... day. I order the drinks at the clinic and leave immediately to pick up, it takes me MAYBE five minutes to get there and thedrinks are ready 9/10 times. Granted, it?s usually after the morning rush and before or after the lunch rush. Even when it ispeak hours, they?re always quick. If my drink is made incorrectly, they are so kind and fix it with no trouble. I?ve NEVERgotten attitude and I?ve asked for corrections a few times with staff on varying shifts. My order is a venti iced chai withlight ice, two extra pumps of chai and two pumps of cinnamon dolce. Occasionally someone forgets the extra chai, or puts toomuch ice - and I either just drink it anyway, or I ask for it to be fixed. I don?t drink my drinks quickly so if I get full ice,it melts and the drink is gross. I?ve been to some Starbucks where they think I?m trying a ?hack? or something, and willpurposely not fill my drink the whole way. This Starbucks never does that. I literally order this drink multiple times a weekand they?ve never been rude about it. Once I tried a completely new drink and wasn?t sure it would be sweet enough, so theyjust put some syrup in a cup for me so I could add it if I wanted to. Like???? That is so kind. People get stressed and MAYshow attitude to you sometimes, but I try to always assume positive intent.. they are stressed and overwhelmed and yes, I justwant my drink.. but I stop and calm down and ask myself if it is worth ruining someone?s day over if my order is incorrect. It?sliterally never worth it. They are hiring new staff, who are learning so so so many things at once. Also, they can?t controlwhere customers stand while waiting for drinks. They can?t control how many people come in and when. They can?t control howquickly people come to get their orders or how prepared people are when they are asked what they would like. The entry and mobile pickup space was packed with people less than 6ft apart. Had to wait outside. It took over 15 minutes to... get a tall Americano. Disappointed and concerned about safety. My recommendation? Go elsewhere. Read more

Glad to have a Starbucks near the campus for my green tea latte cravings. The other cafes nearby (The Den, and the on campus... cafe) don't serve matcha green tea unfortunately so I'm stuck with Starbucks. Anyway, I ordered my usual venti latte, 2% milk,5 scoops matcha, no foam and extra hot from the friendly barista and waited for my order. There wasn't a lot of customershanging around the clean and spacious dining area. It was also pleasantly quiet (the music playing was in a volume that can belistened to if you concentrate or be ignored without too much effort). Service was fast and I got out immediately to catch myevening class. Alas, when I got to class I realized there was something amiss with my drink. It wasn't 2% milk as I clearlyrequested =( Ugh! I probably would not have had it exchanged anyway because I don't like how the baristas will throw away thedrink if I returned it. Ordered: Venti iced Americano no hot water (because it always comes luke warm with almost no ice when they pour 145° water over... the ice). Served: venti iced espresso 3/4 of the way full....... This is what you call a venti size coffee? Not impressedStarbucks. This is the reason people would rather go to the local stands. Will not be returning! Read more
