Ordered through the mobile app today, payment was taken successfully, but the store was closed with no notice posted on the... door. Majority of the staff is friendly and helpful except Amber. She's always rude to customers and never smiles. If you don'tlike your job, find another job not working in customer service. She's openly admitted in front of customers that she doesn'tlike to follow proper instructions to make certain foods because she's too lazy to do it correctly. Who puts butter on the topof a croissant, shoves it in a bag then in the microwave without providing any napkins?! Cut it in half, put the butter on bothsides, wrap it and heat it up like all the other Tim Hortons locations do, as well as the other staff at this location. I wasflabbergasted by her response when another staff member questioned her of why she didn't do it properly. "I do it this way so Idon't have to cut it in half!" - what?!!? Read more

Well stocked, and my coffee was excellent.
Closed again before 7 pm . Wasted trip. 3 wasted trip in last 3 weeks. Ended up going to Ridgetown
Why is the espresso machine always broken here? I settled for dark roast again... So disappointing.
Every morning I come into this establishment And the girl with the hand tattoo is working it always brightens my day. Whenever... she's working. She's always the hardest worker Whenever I see her there.. She's always super friendly always remembers my orderand she grills my wraps in such a way that I've never seen before.
