Horrible horrible horrible service!!! Avoid!!! Day staff is usually super friendly but the idiots they have on evening shift are... more interested in chatting then serving customers. We had the wrong order (not the first time) the cashier handed us thereceipt it had been rung in incorrectly because they had added two orders together. Asked three times to just pay for the bagelthat was missed and had to ask for a supervisor to fix the issue as another employee came over to argue and the cashier to thewindow continued to argue with us. Went today after not going for a while due to their screw ups and this time did not disappoint! I ordered a cheese biscuit and... it was only about 70% cooked. It was still dough in the middle. Not happy at all and will not be going back. Read more
my daughter and I came in from out of town for an errand and sat and stopped in here and had a really nice time having a coffee... and donuts. the people here are very nice and the atmosphere made it feel more like a local(owned) coffee shop than the bigchain that we know Tim Hortons to be.
