Travellers, this is a fine Mexican restaurant in boulder Colorado. The food was very good, the chicken enchilada was delicious.... The creamy habanero sauce is fantastic and blends well with the cheese sauce on the enchilada. The rice and beans were donewell. The ensalata was fantastic and had a lot of components that make is interesting and delicious. The chicken burrito wasalso nicely done. The portions are huge and can easily be split.
