I've eaten at a lot of Chipotle locations and this is my home one. I don't go here unless I have to. Consistently under quality... ingredients and online orders regularly 30 minutes or more behind. Get the orders ready for the online customers, DoorDashdrivers too. I get it the lines are always long bclecasue the CU kids swarm this place, but prioritize your customers who areordering ahead and then standing around the pickup shelf 4 times longer than it would have taken to just stand in the line! I?ve ordered online 3 times and it?s never ready on time (typically 15 min later). Today, my meal was actually stolen from the... Online Order section before I got there and they barely acknowledged my concern. I had to wait at the back of the line another15 minutes and go all the way through the line, where I was credited the order. I needed to get going and this added 30 minutesto my journey for the day. Chipotle, can you have an online order cashier/system that verifies each order? Other fast casualplaces facilitate this type of customer service and I think you could benefit customers this way, as well as avoid stealing. Read more

Ordered online. Proportions were ridiculously small. They charged me for extra steak even though they put less than what usually... counts as a single serving. Do not waste your money or time on this particular franchise. If I could put negative stars I would. Read more

One of the worst places to pickup from while doing door dash/Uber. If anyone is wondering why your food shows up cold, us... drivers have to basically fight the cashier to get them to bring over the mountain of orders they have piled up. They will letyour order sit there until they have 12 other orders ready to bring over to the actual pickup shelf. Sometimes there will be 6drivers waiting for the pickup orders and instead of just bringing them over, everyone just has to sit there and look atthem. Their drink problem is absolutely out of control and I strongly recommend not ordering one at all. The employees aresupposed to put it in the bag with your food and 98% of the time, they don?t. If you place and order through the chipotlewebsite for delivery, is drivers can not see what your order is. We are left completely in the dark and when we show up and youask where you drink is, we had no idea. This location is always extremely well staffed. They even have a dedicated area toprepare online orders and yet it is always a fight to get someone to bring the orders over. There is simply no excuse for any ofthis and you only make all the problems worse. Please just have patience and understand with your delivery person if you dochose to order from here. We are literally walking into a circus every single time. Read more

This seems to be a popular place in the evenings, perhaps because other restaurants are closed after 9pm. Lots of younger people... here make it feel like a semi cool place to be. I ordered a steak burrito. It was pretty good, but not incredible. I didn't likethe hot sauce all that much. Still, the ability to get a giant burrito, filled with just what I want, at near 10pm, is prettyconvenient. It was easy to take the food back to my hotel. Read more

everything was good about this location this particular time, we have been there some other times and our experience wasn't that... satisfying because the employees were rude or because they prepared our food very poorly but this time we were very happy withthe way we were treated and the food was on point, it also looks like they have new people working there so maybe that's why theservice was better this time but we definitely enjoyed it. I order from this location quite often, about 2-3 times a week. Just ordered some door dash from chipotle. I open up my bowl to... find this extremely slim amount of food. $10 for this. Not even half the bowl was filled. This isnt the first time they havepulled this too. Every time I order my bottled coke, I never receive it. Absolutely atrocious to have paid for this. Willdefinitely never come back and will be sure to let everyone know of their horrible business practice. Read more

Dang, not only did I have to go back into the store to get my whole order (they forgot my chips... Again) but I'm also not... eating this overpriced old guac. Starting to get to the point where I've been disappointed here more often than not. Read more
