They are very hit or miss. Most recent order was 3 pizzas. One was the wrong size. One was supposed to be 1/2 and 1/2 but ended... up more like 1/3 - 2/3. All 3 pizzas had ridiculously terrible cut jobs. Huge pieces and tiny pieces. Also, I don't actuallywant a single slice with half and half toppings. They were super rude about it. They ended up giving me a refund after I waitedon hold for 15 minutes. Read more
Flawless pizza production. The 28th street Domino's in Boulder, CO made two amazing pizzas for pickup. It is great to have the... ability to customize, apply coupons and pay all online. Thank you Domino's for offering gluten free crusts. Missing a star asthis location did not have garlic or jalapenos as toppings. Read more
2 hour wait. No communication. Put on hold 3 times. Pizza crust partly raw. Toppings stuck to box. Boxes were hot, Pizza and... chicken were not. This was supposed to be compensation for my last order that was not satisfactory. Read more
This place is terrible! Ordered Sunday evening at 9pm, got confirmation email of delivery time for 180-210min. Not even during... the super bowl does a pizza delivery take 3hrs. Anyway about 1.5 hrs after ordering, a pizza arrived that was the temperature ofbeing left out all night long, not over cold but def not hot, luke warm-ish. Apparently the quality person "Seth" doesn't knowhow to cut a pizza or they don't allow Seth to use safety scissors. See photos of this horribly cut up pizza. Tried to call thestore 6-8 times to cancel my order when I find out of the extremely long resort time but no one would pick up. Not worth thisplace. After completed a survey got a "coupon" to try again, like I need another 3hrs to wait for a pizza again. Come onman! Ordered from dominos today. Got a pizza, wings and cinnamon twists. Two over two hours to get it delivered. Ate very sad cold... pizza and wings. Didn't even want to take a picture of the sad Rick of a pizza. Was kinda looking forward to the cinnamontwists. Just to open them up to find...... Plain bread bites ???????? Read more
Order was completely wrong, pizza was smashed in box, and took an hour and a half. Called the store and explained order was... wrong and pizza had toppings on it I am allergic to and the woman was really rude and I asked for a refund and she hung up onme. Read more
Got a campus cash coupon book recently. This dominos has 3-4 pages of coupons. Called and tried to use one today to be told they... have a new owner that is refusing to honor them even thought they are all valid till 8/15/22. Isn?t this illegal? Falseadvertisement or something? Food was excellent...once it arrived. I ordered through the chain website, and despite the website saying it arrived in a... reasonable time, it did not. When something goes wrong you can contact a robot from the larger chain about getting a discountnext time but the only way to contact the local store and ask what was going on was supposedly through a provided phonenumber...which was defunct. After significant sleuthing, I found the correct phone number through google maps. Then, the firsttime I called I was on hold for almost an hour to endless advertisements...eventually I decided to hang up and try again. Thesecond time, I was picked up relatively quickly and they did fix whatever happened by sending my order after that call...with apaid-for add on item missing. Read more
