This dominos routinely does not have drivers for delivery after 10pm because of explanations of "short staffing" and "drivers do... whatever they want here." This is the only dominos which offers delivery for the entirety of east and north boulder. Just postforthcoming and honest hours if you can't do what you say. Read more
Weve ordered pizza from many dominos before, and this is the only store that can never find our appartment, and instead of... calling they just leave it on a random door and say it was delivered. Its not hard to hand it to the person and make sure youredelivering it to the right place. The most recent time it was 2 blocks away, HOW??? Who ever is delivering needs to go back topreschool and take basic math again and learn their numbers. Read more
One) the customer service department is horrible the website is horrendous. Two) the store representatives are rude and are... unable to follow simple directions like go to the door by the flagpoles. I constantly have issues with them. Three) I have totake my medications with food as they make me very ill, and now, I am unable to take my medications as they did not deliver thepizza and chose to keep it for themselves. I will never shop dominos again; I would rather pay ten times the price somewhereelse than give Dominos a penny more. Read more
I ordered food from this disgusting place and I walk in an here a young man tell a rather large man that the dough is bad should... they still use it. He tells him yes go ahead. What!!! Then I hear two other employees talking and saying that dominos isn'tpaying them correctly. And that they got upset with him for offering a customer a discount! So word of advice if you want pizzashopeys is mod pizza much better and definitely cleaner. Read more
This dominos location is awful. I had several pretty terrible experiences where my pizza never showed up or was around an hour... to two hours late. I always laughed it off because I usually received a free pizza out of it. Then things changed. I didn?treceive 3 pizzas in the same day. When one was finally delivered, I was ambushed in the hallway of my apartment complex by adelivery driver, and I?m not exaggerating when I say I felt threatened. I had opted for contactless delivery as it was in themiddle of the pandemic. This driver was clearly disgruntled, and waited for at least 15 minutes until I opened my door toretrieve my pizza, then told me his manager was telling them not to offer contactless delivery anymore. I told him it didn?tmake sense as it was still offered online. I personally did not feel safe, so I didn?t push it much further. If you are a singlewoman I would not order from here if I were you. This location is and has been a mess for awhile. I am officially done with it, if I want Domino?s in the future (because I do... believe their pizza is quite good) I?ll have to go to Longmont. 3 orders over the last 5 months; one literally never came andwe were still charged and the other two took an hour and a half plus to deliver. Again, I do like the pizza so I keep trying andsome of the fault is my own for hoping it would improve. Read more
This is the absolute worst Domino?s location I?ve ever ordered from. Multiple orders either completely wrong or they?re really... stingy with their toppings. This most recent order I ordered two well done pizzas that arrived undercooked and still doughy, notedible unless actually put into an oven. The ?perfection check? step that always takes 10 minutes obviously isn?t being done orthe employees just don?t care. These employees obviously don?t value their community very much and it shows in the quality (orlack thereof) their food. This has had a damaging impact on how I view Domino?s as a whole and I will certainly never beordering from this location again. Read more
10/10 would and will recommend. The employees are always so kind and have my pizza freshly made every time I go in to pick up my... order! I usually see the same few workers and they are very respectful and wish me a good day/night when I leave. They?ve alsonever made any mistakes! Working in the restaurant business myself, these people working are amazing and it?s hard to findworkers who are always kind and friendly. Read more
