I absolutely love this place! For me it?s like stepping back in time when every rural community had its own ?country? store. ... Growing up, I always loved those places and the Gold Hill Store is one of the last. It?s the real deal! You can?t just conjureup this kind of vibe. It?s more nostalgic than your favorite Norman Rockwell painting and more authentic than that pair ofLevis 501s you?ve had since the 80s. I love to sit by the wood stove and just soak it all in?it just makes me happy! Whileyou?re sitting by that wood stove reminiscing, have a slice of pie and a coffee! The food is just as incredible as theatmosphere. The apple pie and carrot cake, in particular, are both just next level! The staff is friendly and alwayswelcoming.
