The manager is amazing, god bless him. Food came in fast, hot and yummy in spite of the shortage in staff.
I love the food here and this branch always does a good job with the food, but the manager of this branch is an incompetent... embarrassment. Every time we come to this location, there's an operational issue. Food might be an hour late, hours might beinaccurate, ordering system might be inoperable with no solution so they turn you around... it's always something. This managerneeds to be fired asap. I really wasn't that impressed. I've been waiting for this location to open back up because it's closest to my house.... Unfortunately, their version of "double protein," and "double sauce" were completely unconvincing. The staff just seemed to bewaiting for me to leave instead of being, at least, cordial. We dined on the small, front patio, which was alright. The qualityof the food was beyond reproach, I was just a bit sad the quantity had to suffer. Read more
