The manager is amazing, god bless him. Food came in fast, hot and yummy in spite of the shortage in staff.
I love the food here and this branch always does a good job with the food, but the manager of this branch is an incompetent... embarrassment. Every time we come to this location, there's an operational issue. Food might be an hour late, hours might beinaccurate, ordering system might be inoperable with no solution so they turn you around... it's always something. This managerneeds to be fired asap. There are definitely cooks in the kitchen who could manage better. Read more
I really wasn't that impressed. I've been waiting for this location to open back up because it's closest to my house.... Unfortunately, their version of "double protein," and "double sauce" were completely unconvincing. The staff just seemed to bewaiting for me to leave instead of being, at least, cordial. We dined on the small, front patio, which was alright. The qualityof the food was beyond reproach, I was just a bit sad the quantity had to suffer. Read more
Got burnt tofu japanese pan noodles and a tomato bisque that looked it was scraped off the bottom of a burnt pan. They gave me a... refund. Another time they gave me a chicken noodle - when I specifically told them to take the chicken out. Read more
The gentleman that took our order was a lovely cheerful chap. Not sure if one of pur dishes had sauce on it or not but happily... gave us some when we asked. Both of our dishes were delicious. The parmesan chicken was seasoned wonderfully. We will definitelycome back to eat. However, the restroom was in dire straights for attention. The garbage was overflowing, the toilet paper hadfallen on the floor and unraveled its self on its adventure across the room. The toilet paper holder was empty. The babychanging station was open and had smears of a brown mystery substance spread finely across it. The best part of our diningexperience was saved for last being the enormous glob of what apeared to be wet toilet paper encompassing the door knob whichleft me several choices; risk touching the bacteria filled glob, risk touching the toilet paper that had rolled across the flooror third, the option I went for. Say a prayer and touch the beyond vile door and then make a mad dash for my purse at the tablewhich had hand sanitizer in it. Read more
