If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been going to this panda for a while now and it just keeps getting worst and worst ! The... man in this picture should seriously not work in fast food. Everyone working here is is so rude and doesn?t care at all! Givingus rude faces and laughing when I make my order and talking about side business. this man almost threw my food across thecounter after making it because I asked for one extra piece of orange chicken because he obviously shorted it. Good food but don?t order from mobile or you?ll wait at least 10-15 minutes after suggested pickup time
The orange chicken and the walnut shrimp usually taste good. On the other hand, the teriyaki "chicken" tastes like dishrags. I... just avoid ordering anything questionable looking when I go in. This was our first time at this location. We placed a mobile order online thinking we could just run right in and pick it up. It... wasn't ready when they said it would be 25 minutes after placing the order. Spent another 20 minutes waiting inside while theyprepared my order. It was correct - totally give them that! Just wasn't as fast as I was thinking it was gonna be. If your highrisk/immune compromised avoiding COVID - not a good location to do this. Only the employees wore masks. I love ordering food here, but I am not satisfied yesterday, Dec.10 around 5:30pm. The one who assisted me didn?t give me good ... amount of what I?ve ordered (as in you can tell the difference if you always comes here to order something) no ?Hi? or ?goodevening? and the cashier take my payment when there?s still order in his counter for customer to pick up, then when I paid myorder my husband thought that ours was the one in the counter and looked on us like why are we getting those bags. Like we?restealing something. I guess more training for these employees in how to give customers good customer service, without judgingand to learn how to be consistent with their customers. Place is always busy. I got fried rice and the new almond crispy chicken. There was no bejing beef so I got the orange chicken.... Wontons were crispy. Food was hot and fresh. Customer service could be better and more friendly though. Wish can give 3.5 ???? Read more
